Synopsis
Documentary report to mark the first anniversary of the Civil Rights confrontation in Derry on 5th October, 1968. The Civil Rights leader, John Hume, presents his view of Derry. Personal view of the city of Derry from one of its key inhabitants, the politician, John Hume. Explores how the history of Derry has parallels with the history of Northern Ireland itself.
