Synopsis
When looking at the reasons why people offend, Lombroso, a scientist in the 19th century, believed he had evidence that criminals exhibited physical features denoting a more primitive stage of evolution than non-offenders. This is a useful video clip to show how theories of crime have developed considerably over time.
