Synopsis

Drama based on the infamous 1971 Stanford Prison experiment. A makeshift prison is set up in a research laboratory, and participants are hired to play the roles of prisoners and guards. As tensions rise, the experiment goes totally out of control. Part of the BBC's Prison Study.
